Today is an exciting day. We just announced the relaunch of our sister project FreeLinksFriday.com!

Free Links Friday is a concept that I experimented with last summer. Basically, webmasters and users submitted their links and I’d review 10 sites each Friday…for free. The concept was great! We had a nice run of success for a while, but after a life change (job), had to discontinue the free service until we could further automate the service.

Now, the site is much more automated. Users can submit their sites directly to FreeLinksFriday as either a free submission (queued for Fridays only) or a paid review (released any day of the week). We’re very excited about the new opportunities that this automated service gives us and look forward to working with many webmasters once again.

Yes today was the big day. I got the site off the ground without too much troubles. Everything is fully functioning and running smoothly.

I’m debating with the idea of reviewing the top listing in the blog each week or ever 10 days or so. Do you think it will be a good idea? Please leave a comment below.

I still have to determine how I’m going to display contest stats, but we did get our first entries today! So something must be working right. Woohoo!

Now that the site is launched, I’m off to spend an enjoyable rest of the weekend with my family.
